Common Reporting Tool
GENERATE YOUR KAYE VALIDATOR AVS AND VALPROBE RT REPORTS WITH ONE DEDICATED TOOL
Description
The Common Reporting Tool is a comprehensive software compatible with Windows-based PCs. It enables you to create reports from your Kaye Validator AVS or ValProbe RT Qualification study files, offering a practical solution for documenting the results of your validation studies.
Using your Kaye console, you can generate qualification study files and transfer them to your PC using the sync-out function over a network drive, a step that effectively sets up for practical report generation in the convenience of your office. The software also allows you to export reports to a dedicated network drive for easy paperless integration.
The Common Reporting Tool (CRT) 1.8 is a centralized reporting utility that runs on a Windows PC or on the Kaye Validation Console. Use one tool to generate Validator AVS (including database‑enabled AVS), ValProbe RT qualification/calibration/verification, and Equipment reports to document your validation activities.
Kaye Data Center (KDC) integration and deployment: CRT 1.8 integrates with the KDC, enabling direct access to Validator AVS application study files from the KDC server. KDC support is available for both HMI-embedded and standalone CRT deployments. Study files stored on consoles or shared network drives can be transferred to CRT via the sync-out feature for report generation. With KDC, all study files are centralized and consolidated, and CRT has direct access to them.
Security and usability — All files are encrypted and tamper proof. They are accessible only through the CRT software, preserving validation-grade data integrity. The interface follows Kaye’s Asset Centric Concept to provide a seamless user experience and supports Microsoft Active Directory for streamlined user and permission management.

Applications
The Common Reporting Tool software is a comprehensive reporting utility which can be loaded on a separate Windows PC, which allows you to generate GMP compliant reports from Kaye Validator AVS or Kaye ValProbe RT Qualification study files to document the results of your validation studies.
Qualification study files which have been generated on your Kaye Validation Console and saved on the console or shared network drive may be transferred to the Common Reporting Tool for report generation. The ability to generate reports offline on a separate offline PC provides added flexibility and efficiency in the use of the Kaye Validation systems.
All reports are generated from secure encrypted Qualification data files that can only be read by the Common Reporting Tool software. The reports are saved as pdf files ready for signature and organized under the corresponding asset for viewing and reprints.
Any changes made to the Edit Groups or Calculations does not change the raw encrypted Qualification file. The changes only impact the report and are listed in the Detailed Report.
