Accessing IQ/OQ Documentation and Reference Binder Updates: For those of you who have purchased Kaye products and received an IQ/OQ (Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification) binder, there are special folders on the portal dedicated to IQ/OQ documentation and Reference Binder Updates. To access these folders, you will need the serial number and password provided with your purchased binder.

Steps to Access IQ/OQ Folder:

1. Register and log in to the Kaye User Portal.
2. Navigate to the product and the associated "IQ/OQ" or “Reference Binder” folder under the downloads section.
3. Enter the serial number and password provided with your IQ/OQ binder to unlock and download the required documents.
