Kaye Welcomes Benedikt Dahlhues as Global Managing Director

Benedikt joins KAYE with more than a decade of leadership experience within Amphenol, where he held several key finance and Group Controller positions across the Sensors business. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with global leadership teams to drive profitable growth, lead business transformation initiatives, enhance operational performance, and support strategic decision-making across international organizations.

His extensive background in financial leadership, combined with a strong understanding of global operations, positions him well to lead KAYE into its next phase of growth. Benedikt is passionate about developing high-performing teams, fostering innovation, and creating long-term value for customers.

As Global Managing Director, Benedikt will focus on strengthening KAYE's global organization, expanding the company's software and service capabilities, and continuing to deliver the trusted solutions customers depend on to achieve quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
